Booking:

A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Should you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit would be returned less a $100 cancellation fee .

Once your reservation is paid in full, it is non-refundable.
